docbook-xsl software package provides stylesheets for processing DocBook XML to various output formats, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docbook-xsl
docbook-xsl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docbook-xsl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docbook-xsl *
You will get with docbook-xsl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
